As the head of Product Marketing for the growing Digital Sport division of Nike, I oversaw the product and experience definition, portfolio planning, and most recently, partnership development for the Nike+ platform, including the Nike+ FuelBand. I started my career as an Industrial Designer graduating from The Ohio State University and worked in both corporate and design consulting. Following my MBA, I have been in innovation & product management roles at Bosch GMBH and Motorola before joining Nike. In my career I have designed and developed products that ranged from ideas-that-never-saw-the-light-of-day to award-winning and recognition from IDSA Gold & CES Best of Innovation. In my newest venture, I will be leading innovation for Sonos, a global leader in wireless music systems. |

Rob Pettit Client Service Director, North America @FITCH |
Rob has twenty-five years of experience directing client relationships and project teams in retail, packaged goods and online marketing. His career has been focused on creating engaging and meaningful consumer experiences that drive the client’s business. Rob leads client services for FITCH’s North America design studios in Columbus, Seattle and Minneapolis. He leads teams that help clients drive innovation in retail by combining the power of immersive brand experiences in-store and online. Client relationships include Target, Walgreens, Michelin, Intercontinental Hotel Group and Skype. Prior to joining FITCH, Rob was Executive Director, Client Management with Resource Interactive, a digital marketing agency where he worked with clients including Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, and Scotts Miracle-Gro. Additionally Rob’s consultancy, RPM Communications, led the strategy and architecture for The Ohio State University Medical Center’s re-launched web and intranet sites. At Retail Planning Associates, before FITCH’s 2004 acquisition, he led client relationships and directed retail strategy for adidas, Hard Rock Café, T. Rowe Price, and Voice Stream (now T-Mobile).

Dennis Bajec is Resource’s Chief Creative Officer and an 18-year veteran of the agency. He is responsible for establishing and upholding the agency’s standards for creative excellence, mentoring creative talent and leading Juice—an agile creative team that injects bold ideas into select client initiatives. Bajec ensures that consumer insight fuels the creative strategy as it is expressed in the brand’s interactive experience, visual design, information architecture and content. He also works to guarantee that the latest and best practices in usability, functionality and navigation are employed. Over the years, his creative oversight has been a consistent thread across clients such as Apple, Burton Snowboards, Kohler, numerous Procter & Gamble brands, Hewlett-Packard, Merrell, Victoria’s Secret, Express, Limited Brands, Wendy’s, Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and The Wexner Center for the Arts. He brings his wealth of experience and passion for excellence to each and every project—encouraging innovation, fueling appetites for great work and offering his uniquely seasoned creative insight. Bajec’s dedication to peerless and brand-appropriate digital design has earned him recognition in numerous industry publications, including the Communication Arts Interactive Review, ID Annual Design Review and Print Interactive Design Annual. He has also led teams in the production of creative work recognized by numerous national and international awards, including the International Clio Award, The One Show Pencil, a Cannes Cyber Lion, a National Ad Federation Award (ADDY), and a New York Festival International Gold World Medal. Most recently, Bajec had the honor to serve as judge for The One Show, and the National ADDYs & WebAwards. |

Dan is responsible for finding, understanding and applying emerging media for clients in the digital space. His deep knowledge and enthusiasm for evolving trends like the real-time web, distributed ecommerce and hyperconnectivity through mobile and augmented reality—to name a few—helps clients create well-balanced, innovative experiences. His unique blend of creative, business and technical experience makes him apt to speak in real terms about how emerging technology will affect their brands. He is regularly called into projects to drive big ideas. With his specialty in emerging media, Dan is a frequent contributor to Advertising Age's Digital Next blog, and he has been featured in other media outlets such as USA Today, Business Week, Internet Retailer and E-Commerce Times. |
